Ian Ivers

Principal/Property Valuer

Magnetic Island First National has two Principals, Ian Ivers and Ross Napier . Ian has spent 31 years on Magnetic Island and has been involved in the Real Estate Industry all that time. Previous to this Ian was engaged in the industry in Townsville. As a qualified Valuer, Ian has an extensive knowledge of the property market on Magnetic Island and has formed strong relationships with property developers, investors and individual customers and clients.

Ross Napier

Principal/JP (Qualified)

Ross has been in the Real Estate industry for some 18 years on Magnetic Island and is engaged in Sales and Client Relations.  Ross liaises with our current clients and customers and is responsible for the Sales Division of the organization.  Ross is responsible for the friendly approach to customers’ needs and also educating clients on efficient and effective investment options.

Kay Finn

Senior Property Manager

Responsible for the development and day-to-day running of the holiday property management portfolio within the organization. Kay has a wonderful approach to customers and is willing to go that extra mile for he many clients and customers.

Michelle Butler

Property Manager

Michelle ably assists Kay in the role of Property Manager and is responsible for bookings, client liaison and customer relations. Michelle is keen to make your stay on Magnetic Island as enjoyable as possible and will go out of her way to make it happen.
